1. Agreement

2. Eligibility

3. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: 10% per sale.
• Cookie Duration: 30 days (tracking starts when a user clicks your link).
• Qualifying Sales: Only paid orders count (refunded/canceled orders void commissions).

4. Payment Terms

• Payout Method: PayPal, Bank Transfer, or [Other].

6. Termination

We may terminate your account for:

• Violating these T&C.
• Fraudulent activity (withheld earnings).

7. Liability & Disputes

• We’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).
