Due to the nature of our product offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items—whether they are Amazon affiliate purchases or custom products from our SmartDealZone.com/store section.
Why No Returns?
- Affiliate Items: Products linked through Amazon are fulfilled by third-party sellers. For any issues, please refer directly to Amazon’s return and refund policies.
- Custom Items: Our print-on-demand products (like mugs, T-shirts, and tumblers) are made to order just for you. As a result, we do not keep inventory, and cannot resell returned items—hence, no returns are possible.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Store Only)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our /store, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. While we cannot offer returns or refunds, we may issue a replacement if the issue is due to a printing or fulfillment error.
